1. The music is eclectic, but very tuneful--not at all weird or disonant. The excellent two cuts I am refering to are: "Kelly's Dream in the Rain" which is an ambient-type soundscape with a haunting melody heightened by a conversation in the rain and the dark; and "Always Coming Home" which is a romantic acoustic guitar and vocal call to returning 5/5.

4. Not to be confused with Bob Weir's '70s Grateful Dead spinoff band, Kingfish, Kingfisher is a new age/pop solo artist who recorded Vesica Piscis in the late '90s. This CD isn't fantastic, but it's a cut above a lot of '90s new age -- more substantial, more probing and more likely to contain interesting melodies and harmonies.
